Half of the rent, tax, and cleaning fee is due upon booking. The balance along with the damage deposit is due 30 days prior to stay.

Either party may cancel at any time prior to 60 days before arrival date, in which event any payments actually made by Occupant to Owner, other than a $200.00 cancellation fee, will be returned. If cancelled after the 60 day mark, then rent actually paid will be retained as damages.

Rental agreement will provide additional details about expectations.
